Step 0: Free AI Opportunity Review
Before any contract, any scope, any tool: a free 20-minute call. We look at one specific process, identify three concrete automation opportunities and give you an ROI estimate. No slideware, no upsell pressure. If there is a fit, we propose a clearly scoped pilot. If there is no fit, we say so.
1. Process analysis
We clarify:
- where the process starts
- which data comes in
- which decisions repeat
- which systems are involved
- where errors, waiting time or questions occur
- what can be fully automated and what needs review
2. Pilot definition
The pilot is intentionally small. The goal is a reviewable workflow, not an overloaded large project.
A good pilot has:
- a clear starting point
- a concrete result
- real sample data
- defined exception cases
- measurable value
- limited scope
3. Implementation
We build the automation with AI, workflows, rules, data models and integrations. Depending on the process, this can create drafts, structured records, documents, tasks, approvals or system handovers.
4. Human review & quality
Critical decisions remain reviewable. Uncertain data is flagged. Results are tested, logged and improved with real cases.
5. Handover or follow-up project
If the pilot works, we either hand it over to your team with full documentation, or we agree on a clearly scoped follow-up project to extend it. No mandatory retainers.
